Bookings and accounts
How do I book?
Send an enquiry through the booking form or sign into your account. We confirm every booking by email within 24 hours.
Why do I need to create an account?
Your account stores your dog's profile (vaccinations, routine, behaviour notes) so future bookings take seconds, not pages.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund. Shorter notice incurs a small fee, set out in our terms.
Do you offer meet-and-greets?
Always, and they're free. We never accept a first booking without one.
Care and safety
Are you insured?
Fully insured with a dedicated pet-care policy, and every carer is DBS-checked. Ask to see our certificates at any time.
What happens if my dog needs a vet?
Emergency vet cover is included. We follow your vet first where possible, with a local emergency vet as backup.
Do you take aggressive dogs?
We assess every dog at the meet-and-greet. Reactive dogs we can often accommodate with solo care. Bite history is discussed case-by-case.
Do you use crates?
Only if your dog is already crate-trained and you want us to. Day care rest-time is on a bed, not in a crate.
Health and documents
What vaccinations do you require?
Up-to-date DHPPi, leptospirosis, and kennel cough within the last 12 months. Worming and flea treatment up to date.
Can I upload vaccination records to my account?
Yes. Upload them once to your dog's profile and we keep them on file with expiry reminders.
What about medication?
We give routine medication as prescribed. For complex regimens we'll discuss it with you before confirming the booking.
