Terms of service

These terms apply when you book any service from MyWaggyTails Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By booking, you agree to them.

1. Bookings and meet-and-greets

All first bookings are subject to a free meet-and-greet. We reserve the right to decline any booking following the meet-and-greet if we feel we're not the right fit for your dog.

2. Health and vaccinations

Your dog must be up to date with routine vaccinations, kennel cough within the last 12 months, and worming and flea treatment. You must declare any infectious disease in the 21 days preceding a stay.

3. Cancellations

• 7 or more days before start: full refund.
• 3 to 6 days before start: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days: no refund, but credit to a future booking.
• Christmas and bank holidays: non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Our liability

We are fully insured for pet care services. Our liability is limited to our insurance cover. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or for loss caused by inaccurate information provided by the owner.

5. Emergency vet care

We will always attempt to contact you first. If we cannot reach you, we will act in your dog's best interests and take them to your registered vet, or if impractical, to our emergency vet partner. Emergency vet costs are borne by the owner.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full before a home boarding stay begins, and within 7 days for walks, day care and pop-ins. Late payment may incur a reasonable admin fee.

7. Behaviour and damages

You must declare known behaviour issues (biting, resource guarding, escape attempts) at the meet-and-greet. We reserve the right to terminate a stay early for safety reasons. Damages caused by your dog to our property are your responsibility.

8. Photos and media

We may take photos of your dog for updates to you. We will not share those photos publicly (social media, marketing) without your explicit consent, which you can give or revoke on your account.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of a booking is the version that governs it.
