What we do
Pet home visits, so your pets stay in their own home
We pop in to feed, care for and keep your pets company at home.
Not every pet wants to go anywhere. For cats, smaller animals, and dogs who are happiest in their own surroundings, the kindest option is often to stay exactly where they are. Our home visits bring the care to them: we come to your house, look after your pets, and keep everything ticking over just as it would if you were home.
It's the stress-free way to cover a day out, a night away, or a longer trip, without your pet ever leaving the place they know best.
Their home, their routine, undisturbed
Pets are creatures of habit, and a familiar home is a big part of what keeps them calm. A home visit means no new environment, no travel, no upheaval: just their own bed, their own bowls, and a friendly face popping in to look after them.
We keep to the routine they're used to, so meals, company and comfort all happen when they should. Your pet barely notices you're gone.

How it works
Simple from start to finish.
Meet and greet
We come round, meet your pets, and you show us the ropes: where everything lives, feeding amounts, routines and any quirks. No obligation.
Set your visits
Choose one, two or three visits a day, and tell us the dates. We'll confirm everything and take your key securely.
We call in
At each visit your pet gets fed, watered, cleaned up after, and given proper attention, then you get an update.
You come home
To happy, well-cared-for pets and a home that's been kept an eye on.
Choose how often we visit
Every pet is different, so you decide how often we call in:
- One visit a day (30 minutes) for independent pets who just need feeding, checking and a bit of company
- Two visits a day for pets who like more regular attention, or need a morning and evening routine
- Three visits a day for pets who need closer care, more frequent feeding, or simply more company through the day
Why a home visit
- No need to lean on neighbours or friends: a trained, insured professional takes care of it properly
- No upheaval for your pet: they stay in the home they know, on the routine they know
- Peace of mind while you're away: updates after each visit, and your home looks lived-in
- Right for pets who don't travel well: cats especially, but also nervous dogs and smaller animals
Which pets suit home visits?
Cats, dogs, and smaller animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds and fish. Home visits are especially good for puppies, post-op recovery, and older pets who find travel stressful.
If you've something a little more unusual, ask us and we'll let you know if we can help.
